There's a version of this that keeps the PSBT in memory and does some
fancy addition/subtraction of unuseable parts for the v2's, however
it's much easier and simpler to simply error on the peer and re-start
from the very beginning.
This only works if we haven't gotten commitments from the peer yet (in
fact either method would only work if we haven't got commitments from
the peer yet), so if we've got commitments from them we simply mark them
as failed an go again.
In a perfect world, we'd remember what inputs we used last time, and
reuse those again on the re-attempt, which would pefectly guarantee both
that the failed opens (ones w/ commitments exchanged) would be canceled
after this completes (and we could re-try the failed again).
As it is, this is not perfect. It is, however, servicable.

The `rbf_channel` hook uses `our_funding_msat`, which is a nicer
and more easily understood than the `openchannel2`
`accepter_funding_msat`.
This updates the `openchannel2` hook to use the same nomenclature as
`rbf_channel`.
We were not aborting if we had routehints, even though all routehints
may have been filtered out.
Changelog-Fixed: pay: `pay` will now abort early if the destination is not reachable directly nor via routehints.
We would happily spin on attempts that are doomed to fail because we
don't know the entrypoint. Next up: remove routehints whose
entrypoints are known but unreachable.
We consolidate to the latest/singular RFC patch for dual-funding, so
there's just a single patchfile for the change. Plus we move back to the
opener setting the desired feerate, the accepter merely declines to
participate if they disagree with the set rate.
Looks like #4394 treated a symptom but not the root cause. We were
actually sending the message framed with the WIRE_CUSTOMMSG_OUT and
the length prefix over the encrypted connection to the peer. It just
happened to be a valid custommsg...
This fixes the issue, and this time I made sure we actually send the
raw message over the wire. However for backward compatibility we
needed to imitate the faulty behavior which is 90% of this patch :-)

We were always prefixing the `message` field with the internal type
prefix 0x0407, followed by the length prefix. Neither is needed since
the type being constant is of no interest to the plugin and the length
being implicit due to the JSON-encoding.

LightningNode.join_nodes and LightningNode.openchannel internally
generate blocks, which causes nodes to be out of sync, and ignore
"future" announcements, because they haven't seen that block yet.
It was using a trick to only shut down the first node, and forgetting
about the others. This could lead to processes not being stopped
correctly and to test failures because the directory isn't cleaned up
correctly.
Now we use the executor to shut as many nodes as possible in parallel.
In the case where you want a PSBT and also want the output to be added
as a change address, use `excess_as_change` = true.
Generates a change address to use. If you want to pay the excess
elsewhere, you will have to add separately.

Since we turned many errors into warnings, we want our tests to fail
when they happen unexpectedly. We make WARNING clear in the strings

The test was not considering that concurrent sendrawtx of the same tx
is not stable, and either endpoint will submit it first. Now just
checking state transitions and the mempool.
If we're quick (or the node is slow) we end up reconnecting before our
counterparty has realized the state transition, resulting in an
unexpected re-establish.
We were sometimes waiting only 5 seconds, which is way too short on a
heavily loaded machine such as CI. Making it 30 seconds and collecting
it in a single place so we can adjust more easily.
We also make the logic a bit nicer to read. The failure was due to
more than one status message being present if we look at the wrong
time:

There's a case where a dropped funding_locked will result in the peer
moving onto channeld, while we stay in dualopend. As we haven't
received their funding_locked, we retransmit tx_sigs, which channeld
will need to handle.
With the patch the peer drops it on the floor; the peer will resend
funding_locked on reconnect, which will correctly advance us to
channeld and CHANNELD_NORMAL
As per lastest revision of the spec, we can specify amounts in invoice
requests even if the offer already specifies it, as long as we exceed
the amount given. This allows for tipping, and amount obfuscation.

We were getting bad gossip because some nodes discarded the channel
announcement for being in the future. This is because the node was, at
that time, below the confirmation height. It'd then discard the
followup messages because not preceded by an announcement, and getting
upset about that.
Both my machine and apparently the CI tester machines regularly run
into issues with load on the system, causing timeouts (and
unresponsiveness). The throttler throttles the speed with which new
instances of c-lightning get started to avoid overloading. Since the
plugin used for parallelism when testing spawns multiple processes we
need to lock on the fs. Since we have that file open already, we'll
also write a couple of performance metics to it.
1. Hoist 7200 constant into the bolt12 heade2.
2. Make preimage the last createinvoice arg, so we could make it optional.
3. Check the validity of the preimage in createinvoice.
4. Always output used flag in listoffers.
5. Rename wallet offer iterators to offer_id iterators.
6. Fix paramter typos.
7. Rename `local_offer_id` parameter to `localofferid`.
8. Add reference constraints on local_offer_id db fields.
9. Remove cut/paste comment.
10. Clarify source of fatal() messages in wallet.

We were blindly initiating the keysend payment, which could lead to
confusing outcomes. This adds a very specific error message to the
error returned.
Changelog-Fixed: keysend: Keysend now checks whether the destination supports keysend before attempting a payment. If not a more informative error is returned.
The latter is available only starting with Python 3.7, and it's the
only test that fails with <3.7. This allows us to keep on testing with
older versions.
If we're already attempting to connect to a peer, we would ignore
new connection requests. This is problematic if your node has bad
connection details for the node -- you can't update it while inflight.
This patch appends new connection suggestions to the list of connections
to try.

We used to create the entire reply, the if it was too big, split in
half and retry.
Now that the main network is larger, this always happens with a full
request, which is inefficient.
Instead, produce a reply assuming no compression, then compress as a
bonus. This is simpler and more efficient, at cost of sending more
packets.
I also renamed an internal dev var to make it clearer.

We previously registered hooks up in who-replies-to-getmanifest-first
order, but then if any had dependencies it would scatter that order.
This allows users to manually set dependencies developers have
forgotten by specifying the plugins manually in their configuration or
cmdline. This was an excellent consideration by @mschmook.

We let the plugin decide what feerate to accept/whether or not to add
funds to the open. To aid this decision, we also send the plugin what we
(c-lightning) currently have as our max and min acceptable feerates.
We also now use these as our default for max/min acceptable feerate
range when sending an openchannel offer to a peer.
In the future, it might be a good idea to make these more easily
changeable, either via a config setting (?) or a command param.
For compatibility, we only do this if `allow-deprecated-apis` is false
for now. Otherwise scripts parsing should use `grep -v '^# '` or
start using `-N none`.

This adds a new configuration, --enable-fuzzing (which is more than
welcome to be coupled with --enable-address-sanitizer), to pass the
fuzzer sanitizer argument when compiling objects. This allows libfuzzer
to actually be able "to fuzz" by detecting coverage and be smart when
mutating inputs.
As libfuzzer brings its own ~~fees~~ main(), we compile objects with
fsanitize=fuzzer-no-link, and special-case the linkage of the fuzz
targets.
A "lib" is added to abstract out the interface to the fuzzing tool used.
This allow us to use the same targets to fuzz using AFL, hongfuzz or w/e
by adding their entrypoints into libfuzz. (h/t to practicalswift who
introduced this for bitcoin-core, which i mimiced)

Instead of a boutique message, use a "real" channel_announcement for
private channels (with fake sigs and pubkeys). This makes it far
easier for gossmap to handle local channels.
Backwards compatible update, since we update old stores.
We also fix devtools/dump-gossipstore to know about the tombstone markers.
Since we increment our channel_announce count for local channels now,
the stats in the tests changed too.

Since `fundchannel` now supports the 'close_to' argument, we can remove
all the logic needed to call fundchannel_start here.
Underneath, we're still calling `fundchannel_start`, we're just one (or
two, if you count multifundchannel) call levels away from it now.
We had one report of this, and then Eugene and Roasbeef of Lightning
Labs confirmed it; they saw misordered HTLCs on reconnection too.
Since we didn't enforce this when we receive HTLCs, we never noticed :(

lightning-5 can sometimes see itself sweeping the unilateral output resulting
in this weird line:

In both cases the flakyness arises from the destination not knowing about the
modified fees of the forwarding node, thus including the outdated details in
the routehint, and the sender being unlucky and always trying with the
routehint anyway.
The long-term solutions to this is going to be #4111, this commit just reduces
the flakyness to get back to business.
We really are just interested in their on-chain footprint, so actually
starting the nodes is pointless overhead, and caused a lot of flakyness due to
the output ordering sometimes not matching up. We now just use the `bitcoind`
API to fund, sign and send a raw transaction that matches the stashed gossip
messages.
We added a conversion of failcodes that do not have sufficient information in
faac4b28ad. That means that a failcode that'd require additional information
in order to be a correct error to return in an onion is mapped to a generic
one since we can't backfill the information.
This tests that the mapping is performed correctly and replicates the
situation in #4070

Hooks do not tolerate failures at all. If we return a JSON-RPC error to a hook
call the only thing the main daemon can really do is to crash. This commit
adds a mapping of error to a safe fallback result, including a warning to the
node operator that this should be addressed in the plugin. The warning is
reported as a `**BROKEN**` message, and should therefore fail any testing done
on the plugin.

This test is flaky because the generated PSBT seems to not have the change
output adjusted, or it is missing.

I screwed up the rotation logic in an earlier varient of this PR, and
it lead me to discover why test_mpp_interference_2 was flaky.
Really, we should keep a fuzzy estimator of how much payment is
outstanding, but in practice rotation is probably good enough.

This removes the reservation cleanup at startup, too, now they're all
using 'reserved_til'.
This changes test_withdraw, since it asserted that outputs were marked
spent as soon as we broadcast a transaction: now they're reserved until
it's mined. Similarly, test_addfunds_from_block assumed we'd see funds
as soon as we broadcast the tx.

First, simplify: amount is set to 1000000, but then we deposit 1000000 + 0.01btc
(i.e. 2000000), and we always use 2 * amount. Just use a single constant to
make it clear.
Secondly, we assume that the wallet considers outputs spent as soon as
we created the tx: this will not be true once withdraw uses sendpsbt.
So, we generate blocks, but now sometimes withdraw will pick up change
txs, so we need to reserve them to avoid that messing our coinmovements.
Finally, we assumed the withdrawl order was BIP69, which becomes
variable.

Marking spent means if the transaction doesn't confirm for some
reason, the user will need to force a rescan to find the funds. Now
we have timed reservations, reserving for (an additional) 12 hours
should be sufficient.
We also take this opportunity (now we have our own callback path)
to record the tx in the wallet only on success.

And document exactly what it does: insist that an HTLC can pass of
this value (module assumptions of feerate).
Note that we remove the "is_opener" test from the capacity calculation
for anchor fees: it doesn't matter which side it is, someone has to pay
for anchor fees to it deducts from capacity.
This change breaks the test, which we rewrite.

This is the simplest possible fix: increase the target amount until we get
the desired number of parts, while still bucketizing payments together that
are in approximately the same size.
The current logic puts all payments that are in the range x < amount <= 16*x
in the same bucket, making them harder to distinguish.

You can't pay them anyway, and at least one person used 0 instead of "any".

Anchor outputs break many assumptions in our tests:
1. Remove some hardcoded numbers in favor of a fee calc, so we only have to
change in one place.
FIXME: This should also be done for elements!
2. Do binary search to get feerate for a given closing fee.
3. Don't assume output #0: anchor outputs perturb them.
4. Don't assume we can make 1ksat channels (anchors cost 660 sats!).

The worst effect is that unpublished nodes are harder to pay, but
even published ones make us do unnecessary work, since we are

And when it's set, and we're SLOW_MACHINE, simply disable valgrind.
Since Travis (SLOW_MACHINE=1) only does VALGRIND=1 DEVELOPER=1 tests,

DEVELOPER and !VALGRIND.
Instead, this demotes them to non-valgrind tests for SLOW_MACHINEs.

I started replacing all get_node() calls, but got bored, so then just did the
tests which call get_node() 3 times or more.
Ends up not making a measurable speed difference, but it does make some
things neater and more standard.
Times with SLOW_MACHINE=1 (given that's how Travis tests):

I thought this was timing out because I made it slow with the
change to txprepare as a plugin. In fact, it was timing out
because sometimes gossip comes so fast it gets suppressed
and we never get the log messags.
Still, before this it took 98 seconds under valgrind and
24 under non-valgrind, so it's an improvement to time as
well as robustness.

the way we use PSBTs to sign things requires that we have the

field with it.
this causes problems if we don't already have the scriptpubkey cached in
the database, as in *some* cases we require a round trip to the HSM to
populate them
to get over this hump, we backfill any and all missing scriptpubkey
information for the utxo's that we hold in our wallet.
this will allow us to clean up the NULL handling of missing
scriptpubkeys.

The invoice we use at the end has a routehint: 50% of the time it's
to l2 (which fails), 50% to l5 (which succeeds).
Change it to create invoice before channel with l5 so it does the

Since we started using `sendonion` in the `pay` plugin we no longer
automatically have the `amount` annotation on (partial) payments. This
replicates the issue so we can fix it.

The adaptive MPP test was showing an issue with always using a routehint, even
when it wasn't necessary: we would insist on routhing to the entrypoint of the
routehint, even through the actual destination. If a channel on that loop
would result being over capacity we'd slam below 0, and then increase again by
unapplying the route. The solution really is not to insist on routing through
a routehint, so we implement random skipping of routehints, and we rotate them
if we have multiples.

While we were unsetting the `payment->cmd` in case of a success to signal that
we should not return to the JSON-RPC command twice, we were not doing that in
the case of failures. This was causing multiple responses to a single incoming
command, and `lightningd` was correctly killing the plugin. This issue was
introduced through early returns (anything setting `payment->abort=true`) and
was caused in Rusty's case through an MPP timeout.

fundpsbt forces the caller to manually add their weight * feerate
to the satoshis they ask for. That means no named feerates.
Instead, create a startweight parameter and do the calc for them
internally, and return the feerate we used (and, while we're at it,
the estimated final weight).
This API change is best done now, as it would otherwise have to
be appended as a parameter.

This exercises something that is simply not possible without MPP, i.e., the
bundling of multiple paths to get sufficient capacity to perform the payment.

As suggested during the paymod-03 review it is better to activate the new code
right away, and give users an escape hatch to use the legacy code instead. The
way I implemented it allows using either `legacypay` or `pay` and then set
`legacy` to switch to the other implementation.

This makes use of the payment modifier structure to just add the preimage to
the TLV payload for the last hop.

This commit collects the changes required to the tests caused by the changes
to the `pay` and `paystatus` commands. They are also rather good hints as to
what these changes entail.
Since we change the interface for `pay` and `paystatus` we need a way to
determine which one to expect. This just parses the COMPAT_Vxyz flags and
allows us to check if, based on the configuration, we are in compat mode for
that set of changes or not.
Make sure we've actually confirmed the HTLC; if it's not confirmed yet
then we won't fast-fail it, and we'll timeout instead:

It looked like we weren't printing the address on closing outputs.
But we are, because the 'scriptPubkey' field is in the 'outputs' db
table since 0.7.3 (66a47d2761).
So make the logic clearer, and remove a completely bogus comment (UTXOs
with closing_info are definitely spendable!).
We export the json_add_utxos() for future use, too.

These are pulled from wallet/wallet.c, with the fix now that we grind sigs.
This reduces the fees we pay slightly, as you can see in the coinmoves changes.
I now print out all the coin moves in suitable format before we match:
you only see this if the test fails, but it's really helpful.

By setting nLocktime to the current block, the reorg test
"test_funding_reorg_remote_lags" actually drops the funding transaction
entirely when a reorg happens.
Except the 1 in 10 cases where nLocktime is randomly set to 1-10
blocks earlier.
This implies, strongly, that we hit "restart" too often on Travis.

There is a race between `getroute` learning that our peer accepts TLVs and us
initiating the payment. Waiting for announcements ensures we always use TLVs,
matching our expectation in the test / plugin.
Changelog-Changed: `txprepare` now prepares transactions whose `nLockTime` is set to the tip blockheight, instead of using 0. `fundchannel` will use `nLockTime` set to the tip blockheight as well.
The status of what started as a simple JSON-RPC call is now spread across an
entire tree of partial payments and payment attempts. So we collect the status
in a single struct in order to report back success of failure.
This commit can be reverted/skipped once we have implemented all the logic and
have feature parity with the normal `pay`. It's main purpose is to expose the
unfinished functionality to test it, without completely breaking the existing
`pay` command.
If the daemon already knows about the channel before it was stopped,
it won't get this message from gossipd. That's OK, since we explicitly
test for the channel being active two lines down.

Our existing coin_moves tracking logic assumed that any tx we had an
input in belonged to *all* of our wallet (not a bad assumption as long
as there was no way to update a tx that spends our wallets)
Now that we've got `signpsbt` implemented, however, we need to be
careful about how we account for withdrawals. For now we do a best guess
at what the feerate is, and lump all of our spent outputs as a
'withdrawal' when it's impossible to disambiguate

All operations on parallel processes form a single total order agreed upon by all processes.
So for example, suppose we have parallel invocations of `fundchannel_complete` and `fundchannel_cancel`:

In the first case, `fundchannel_complete` succeeds, and the `fundchannel_cancel` invocation also succeeds, sending an `error` to the peer to make them forget the chanel.
In the second case, `fundchannel_cancel` succeeds, and the succeeding `fundchannel_complete` invocation fails, since the funding is already cancelled and there is nothing to complete.
Note that in both cases, `fundchannel_cancel` **always** succeeds.
Unfortunately, prior to this commit, `fundchannel_cancel` could fail with a `Try fundchannel_cancel again` error if the `fundchannel_complete` is ongoing when the `fundchannel_cancel` is initiated.
This violates Sequential Consistency, as there is no single total order that would have caused `fundchannel_cancel` to fail.
This commit is a minimal patch which just reschedules `fundchannel_cancel` to occur after any `fundchannel_complete` that is ongoing.
We passed below the floor when the user specified `1000perkb`.

We erase peer data after the last channel close transaction for that
peer is 100 blocks deep. We were failing to finish the migration because
the peer_id lookup on these was failing.
Now we ignore any channel with a null peer_id.

We use a database snapshot with 3 channels -- two of which have HTLCs
dangling and one is an initial open channel tx in the 'old' tx hex
format in last_tx and confirm that they are successfully updated to PSBT
format on start.
Spec is wrong (it says it should be compulsory), and Eclair doesn't set it
at all, leading to an error when they send their announcement_signatures.

It's possible for our peer to publish a commitment tx that has already
updated our balance for an htlc before we've completed removing it from
our commitment tx (aka before we've updated our balance). This used to
crash, now we just update our balance (and the channel balance logs!)
and keep going.
If they've removed anything from our balance, we'll end up counting it
as chain_fees below. Not ideal but fine... probably.
This moves the notification for our coin spends from when it's
successfully submited to the mempool to when they're confirmed in a
block.
We also add an 'informational' notice tagged as `spend_track` which
can be used to track which transaction a wallet output was spent in.
Previously we were annotating every movement with the blockheight of
lightningd at notification time. Which is lossy in terms of info, and
won't be helpful for reorg reconciliation. Here we switch over to
logging chain moves iff they've been confirmed.
Next PR will fix this up for withdrawals, which are currently tagged
with a blockheight of zero, since we log on successful send.
On node start we replay onchaind's transactions from the database/from
our loaded htlc table. To keep things tidy, we shouldn't notify the
ledger about these, so we wrap pretty much everything in a flag that
tells us whether or not this is a replay.
There's a very small corner case where dust transactions will get missed
if the node crashes after the htlc has been added to the database but
before we've successfully notified onchaind about it.
Notably, most of the obtrusive updates to onchaind wrappings are due to
the fact that we record dust (ignored outputs) before we receive
confirmation of its confirmation.
Mostly we update existing tests to account for channel balances. In a
few places, new tests were needed as there wasn't an existing pathway
that tested the chain-fees for a few penalty cases
For cheats, we do a little bit of weird accounting. First we 'update'
our on-ledger balance to be the entirety of the channel's balance. Then,
as outputs get resolved, we record the fees and outputs as withdrawals
from this amount.
It's possible that they might successfully 'cheat', in which case we
record those as 'penalty' but debits (not credits).
The previous patch changed the gossip_store, but in a trivial way.
The next patch will implement upgrading, so this is the test.

This means we now clean up options in startup plugins (that was only
done by dynamic code!), and now they both share the 60 second timeout
instead of 20 seconds for dynamic.
For the dynamic case though, it's 60 seconds to both complete
getmanifest and init, which seems fair.

Previously we've used the term 'funder' to refer to the peer
paying the fees for a transaction; v2 of openchannel will make
this no longer true. Instead we rename this to 'opener', or the
peer sending the 'open_channel' message, since this will be universally
true in a dual-funding world.
They were looking for specific amounts which proved to be rather flaky. Now
they look for specific outputs being available in the `listfunds` result after
everything was settled.
The new `keysend` plugin modifies the node features that we send to
peers. This commit breaks out the 'expected_features' we use for tests
to encompass this differentiation.
The documentation was wrong, and I copied my mistake to `libplugin` where it
was then ignored instead of ORed into the node's featurebits. This fixes both.
As discussed with Christian, prepending the length to the payload returned
is awkward, but it's the only way to set a legacy payload. As this will
be soon deprecated, simplify the external API.

When route returns a result which is too expensive, we try to figure out which
hop is most expensive to exclude it for next time.
If it's a single-hop route, we don't count it, since the first hop is free.
That's not usually a problem, since single-hop routes can't exceed our limits
(they're always "free"!).
But if we are using a routehint, the total cost could exceed our limits,
even if the start of the routehint is a single hop away.
This reproduces that test case.

Sending update_fee immediately after channel establishment seems to
upset LND, so work around it by deferring it. The reason we increase
the fee after establishment is because now we might need to close the
channel in a hurry due to htlcs, but until there are htlcs that's
unnecessary.

We now track all pending RPC passthrough calls, and terminate them with an
error if the plugin dies.

The spec states that invoices with an amount, but lacking a multiplier, should
be interpreted as integer Bitcoin amounts:

We had them split according the separate use-cases:

- wire-gen
But that was causing new contributors to miss some dependencies when they
first got hacking. So this consolidates all of our own dependencies in a root
requirements.txt, with the notable exception of `pyln-client`, `pyln-testing`
and `pyln-proto` which are distributed as PyPI modules and therefore have
their own dependencies that need to be tracked in the module root.

Note that now we check capacity once we've figured out which peer, which
broke a test (we returned "unknown peer" instead of "capacity exceeded"),
so we rework that too.

This adapts our fee estimations requests to the Bitcoin backend to the
new semantic, and batch the requests.
This makes our request for fees much simpler, and leaves some more
flexibility for a plugin to do something smart (it could still lie before
but now it's explicit, at least.) as we don't explicitly request
estimation for a specific mode and a target.

We kept track of an URGENT, a NORMAL, and a SLOW feerate. They were used

We now keep track of more fine-grained feerates:
- `opening` used for funding and also misc transactions
- `mutual_close` used for the mutual close transaction

- `delayed_to_us` used for resolving our output from our unilateral close
- `htlc_resolution` used for resolving onchain HTLCs
- `penalty` used for resolving revoked transactions
We don't modify our requests to our Bitcoin backend, as the next commit
will batch them !

pytest captures the output by monkey patching out `sys.stdout`. This may
conflict with our use of `sys.stdout` when configuring logging, resulting in
the "Write to closed file" issue that is spamming the logs. By making the
logging configuration a fixture hopefully we always use the correct
stdout (after pytest has monkey-patched it).
Some tests may not spawn a node at all, so make sure that our assumption that
the directory exists in the fixture cleanup is correct by creating the
directory.
a few things. one is that `is_in_log` returns a result rather than
enforcing a condition. so these lines all need asserts
two is that with the 'allow_deprecated_apis' option on, the python json
parser overwrites the now typed input with the later-added string
version, so the only option value present in the option key-value set is
the last, string one. the check for this has been updated to only verify
that the string version is included (i manually verified that both are
printed to the JSON message)

Before this patch we would only update `channel->last_tx` with the newly
proposed closure tx from the peer if the fee of the new one was lower.
In negotiations where we are at the higher end and the peer starts
lower, all peer's subsequent proposals will be higher than his initial
proposal and in this case we would never update `channel->last_tx`
and would wrongly broadcast his initial proposal at the end of the
negotiation.

We are returning a `BADONION` error despite the cause being an invalid onion
payload containing an unknown even TLV type. It really should return
`INVALID_ONION_PAYLOAD` errors instead.
ChangeLog-Added: New `getsharedsecret` command, which lets you compute a shared secret with this node knowing only a public point. This implements the BOLT standard of hashing the ECDH point, and is incompatible with ECIES.
Instead of saving a stripped_update, we use the new
local_fail_in_htlc_needs_update.

For bitcoind_fail_first:
We only ever send `getblock` if we got a successful block hash from
`getblockhash`, and if we can't get the block in that case it means
our Bitcoin backend is faulty and we shouldnt continue.
So, mock `getblockhash` instead, which is authorized to spuriously fail.
For both bitcoind_fail_first and bitcoind_failure:
Adapt the logs.
Add new check if we're funder trying to add HTLC, keeping us
with enough extra funds to pay for another HTLC the peer might add.
We also need to adjust the spendable_msat calculation, and update
various tests which try to unbalance channels. We eliminate
the now-redundant test_channel_drainage entirely.

Make the `htlc_accepted` hook the first chained hook in our repertoire. The
plugins are called one after the other in order until we have no more plugins
or the HTLC was handled by one of the plugins. If no plugins handles the HTLC
we continue to handle it internally like always.
Handling in this case means the plugin returns either `{"result": "resolve",
...}` or `{"result": "fail", ...}`.

This is the last venue we need to add custom featurebits to, so we also unmark
