build: remove unneeded var exporting (fanquake)14afc71a61
build: remove Boost lib detection from ax_boost_base (fanquake) Pull request description: We no longer link against any Boost libraries, so don't need to detect them, or set any Boost related LDFLAGS. Removing this from the macro also allows cleaning up some code in our configure.
