Merge bitcoin/bitcoin#22190: Use latest signapple commit 
683d197970 Use latest signapple commit (Andrew Chow)

Pull request description:

  Update gitian and guix to use the same latest signapple commit.

  Also changed guix to use the actual repo. The changes from the fork were incorporated upstream.

Repository Tools

Developer tools

Specific tools for developers working on this repository. Additional tools, including the github-merge.py script, are available in the maintainer-tools repository.

Verify-Commits

Tool to verify that every merge commit was signed by a developer using the github-merge.py script.

Linearize

Construct a linear, no-fork, best version of the blockchain.

Qos

A Linux bash script that will set up traffic control (tc) to limit the outgoing bandwidth for connections to the Bitcoin network. This means one can have an always-on bitcoind instance running, and another local bitcoind/bitcoin-qt instance which connects to this node and receives blocks from it.

Seeds

Utility to generate the pnSeed[] array that is compiled into the client.
