a54ab2104c [doc] fix Makefile target in benchmarking.md (Sebastian Falbesoner)

Pull request description:

  While the resulting binary is called `bench_bitcoin`, the Makefile target is
  named `bitcoin_bench` (see `src/Makefile.bench.include`)
