test: use NoLimits() in MempoolIndexingTest

The (100, 1000000, 1000, 1000000) limits are arbitrarily high and
don't restrict anything, they are just meant to calculate ancestors
properly. Using NoLimits() makes this intent more clear and simplifies
the code.
