e286cd0d7b net: flag relevant Sock methods with [[nodiscard]] (Vasil Dimov)

Pull request description:

  Flag relevant Sock methods with `[[nodiscard]]` to avoid issues like the one fixed in https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/pull/21631.
