330cb33985 src/randomenv.cpp: fix build on uclibc (Fabrice Fontaine)

Pull request description:

  Check for HAVE_STRONG_GETAUXVAL or HAVE_WEAK_GETAUXVAL before using
  getauxval to avoid a build failure on uclibc
