Nick Mathewson 9e60482b80 Pubsub: an OO layer on top of lib/dispatch 
This "publish/subscribe" layer sits on top of lib/dispatch, and
tries to provide more type-safety and cross-checking for the
lower-level layer.

Even with this commit, we're still not done: more checking will come
in the next commit, and a set of usability/typesafety macros will
come after.

Tor protects your privacy on the internet by hiding the connection
between your Internet address and the services you use. We believe Tor
is reasonably secure, but please ensure you read the instructions and
configure it properly.

To build Tor from source:
        ./configure && make && make install

To build Tor from a just-cloned git repository:
        sh autogen.sh && ./configure && make && make install
