teor 6ef555bda0 test/addr: test that tor_addr_port_lookup() handles IP addresses and ports 
And that it does something sensible with host and host:port.

Also reorder the tests into valid, invalid, and ambiguous.
And add some missing cases.

Note: tor_addr_port_lookup() handles ip, ip:port, host, and host:port.

Tests for 30721.

Tor protects your privacy on the internet by hiding the connection
between your Internet address and the services you use. We believe Tor
is reasonably secure, but please ensure you read the instructions and
configure it properly.

To build Tor from source:
        ./configure && make && make install

To build Tor from a just-cloned git repository:
        sh autogen.sh && ./configure && make && make install
