rl1987 59001a69c9 Address SC2086 in scan-build.sh 
We can safely silence SC2086 warning on $CHECKERS, as contents of that
is hardcoded into script, and we don't want to require Bash to use Bash
array here. Double-quote $OUTPUTARG, as it's value depends on environment
variable.

Tor protects your privacy on the internet by hiding the connection
between your Internet address and the services you use. We believe Tor
is reasonably secure, but please ensure you read the instructions and
configure it properly.

To build Tor from source:
        ./configure && make && make install

To build Tor from a just-cloned git repository:
        sh autogen.sh && ./configure && make && make install
