7bdbbca3b0 Switch to hashbrown in fuzzing
hashbrown by default uses ahash, which may be a bit faster, but
more importantly, if we upgrade to hashbrown 0.13/ahash 0.8 we can
make it use a constant randomization factor, making fuzzers happier.

Use UserConfig to determine advertised InitFeatures by ChannelManager
This is purely a refactor that does not change the InitFeatures
advertised by a ChannelManager. This allows users to configure which
features should be advertised based on the values of `UserConfig`. While
there aren't any existing features currently leveraging this behavior,
it will be used by the upcoming anchors_zero_fee_htlc_tx feature.

The UserConfig dependency on provided_init_features caused most
callsites of the main test methods responsible for opening channels to
be updated. This commit foregos that completely by no longer requiring
the InitFeatures of each side to be provided to these methods. The
methods already require a reference to each node's ChannelManager to
open the channel, so we use that same reference to obtain their
InitFeatures. A way to override such features was required for some
tests, so a new `override_init_features` config option now exists on
the test harness.

f6fa624da0 Stop relying on *Features::known in fuzzing tests
As we move towards specify supported/required feature bits in the
module(s) where they are supported, the global `known` feature set
constructors no longer make sense.

Here we stop relying on the `known` method in our fuzz tests.

87a6e013f7 Have find_route take a NetworkGraph instead of a ReadOnly one
Because downstream languages are often garbage-collected, having
the user directly allocate a `ReadOnlyNetworkGraph` and pass a
reference to it to `find_route` often results in holding a read
lock long in excess of the `find_route` call. Worse, some languages
(like JavaScript) tend to only garbage collect when other code is
not running, possibly leading to deadlocks.

1af705579b Separate ChannelDetails' outbound capacity from the next HTLC max
`ChannelDetails::outbound_capacity_msat` describes the total amount
available for sending across several HTLCs, basically just our
balance minus the reserve value maintained by our counterparty.
However, when routing we use it to guess the maximum amount we can
send in a single additional HTLC, which it is not.

There are numerous reasons why our balance may not match the amount
we can send in a single HTLC, whether the HTLC in-flight limit, the
channe's HTLC maximum, or our feerate buffer.

This commit splits the `outbound_capacity_msat` field into two -
`outbound_capacity_msat` and `outbound_htlc_limit_msat`, setting us
up for correctly handling our next-HTLC-limit in the future.

This also addresses the first of the reasons why the values may
not match - the max-in-flight limit. The inaccuracy is ultimately
tracked as #1126.

b42ebd892b Expose chan type in Event::OpenChannelRequest & ChannelDetails
As we add new supported channel types, inbound channels which use
new features may cause backwards-compatibility issues for clients.
If a new channel is opened using new features while a client still
wishes to ensure support for downgrading to a previous version of
LDK, that new channel may cause the `ChannelManager` to fail
deserialization due to unsupported feature flags.

By exposing the channel type flags to the user in channel requests,
users wishing to support downgrading to previous versions of LDK
can reject channels which use channel features which previous
versions of LDK do not understand.

b2629afd88 Track SCID aliases from our counterparty and use them in invoices
New `funding_locked` messages can include SCID aliases which our
counterparty will recognize as "ours" for the purposes of relaying
transactions to us. This avoids telling the world about our
on-chain transactions every time we want to receive a payment, and
will allow for receiving payments before the funding transaction
appears on-chain.

Here we store the new SCID aliases and use them in invoices instead
of he "standard" SCIDs.

42ebf77415 Move Score into a scoring module instead of a top-level module
Traits in top-level modules is somewhat confusing - generally
top-level modules are just organizational modules and don't contain
things themselves, instead placing traits and structs in
sub-modules. Further, its incredibly awkward to have a `scorer`
sub-module, but only have a single struct in it, with the relevant
trait it is the only implementation of somewhere else. Not having
`Score` in the `scorer` sub-module is further confusing because
it's the only module anywhere that references scoring at all.

Add channel scoring to get_route
Failed payments may be retried, but calling get_route may return a Route
with the same failing path. Add a routing::Score trait used to
parameterize get_route, which it calls to determine how much a channel
should be penalized in terms of msats willing to pay to avoid the
channel.

Also, add a Scorer struct that implements routing::Score with a constant
constant penalty. Subsequent changes will allow for more robust scoring
by feeding back payment path success and failure to the scorer via event
handling.

2b08a47e88 Improve ChannelDetails readability significantly.
After the merge of #984, Jeff pointed out that `ChannelDetails` has
become a bit of a "bag of variables", and that a few of the variable
names in #984 were more confusing than necessary in context.

This addresses several issues by:
 * Splitting counterparty parameters into a separate
   `ChannelCounterpartyParameters` struct,
 * using the name `unspendable_punishment_reserve` for both outbound
and inbound channel reserves, differentiating them based on their
position in the counterparty parameters struct or not,
 * Using the name `force_close_spend_delay` instead of
   `spend_csv_on_our_commitment_funds` to better communicate what
   is occurring.

1. holder_selected_ and counterparty_selected_channel_reserve_delay
are useful to determine what amount of the channel is

2. confirmations_required is useful when awaiting funding
confirmation to determine how long you will need to wait.
3. to_self_delay is useful to determine how long it will take to
   receive funds after a force-close.

Fixes #983.
