8dd08bd962 Drop address ordering enforcement in NodeAnnouncement deser
It seems many other nodes never bothered to enforce these
requirements, so there's little reason that we should either.

75d71cead3 Add additional Clone derives
The only API change outside of additional derives is to change
the inner field in `DecodeError::Io()` to an `std::io::ErrorKind`
instead of an `std::io::Error`. While `std::io::Error` obviously
makes more sense in context, it doesn't support Clone, and the
inner error largely doesn't have a lot of value on its own.

70440a529e [bindings] Use consistent imports for MessageSendEvents traits
Our bindings generator is braindead with respect to the idents
used in a trait definition - it treats them as if they were used
where the trait is being used, instead of where the trait is
defined. Thus, if the idents used in a trait definition are not
also imported the same in the files where the traits are used, we
will claim the idents are bogus.

I spent some time trying to track the TypeResolvers globally
through the entire conversion run so that we could use the original
file's TypeResolver later when using the trait, but it is somewhat
of a lifetime mess. While likely possible, import consistency is
generally the case anyway, so unless it becomes more of an issue in
the future, it likely makes the most sense to just keep imports
consistent.

This commit keeps imports consistent across trait definition files
around `MessageSendEvent` and `MessageSendEventsProvider`.

e0bb63bc60 Remove should_request_full_sync from RoutingMessageHandler
This method was used to set the initial_routing_sync flag when sending
an outbound Init message to a peer. Since we are now relying on
gossip_queries instead of initial_routing_sync, synchronization can be
fully encapsulate into RoutingMessageHandler via sync_routing_table.

This commit removes should_request_full_sync from the trait
RoutingMessageHandler. The implementation is still used in
NetGraphMsgHandler and has been converted into a private method instead
of a trait function.

e742894492 Change routing table sync to use gossip_queries
This commit changes outbound routing table sync to use gossip_queries
instead of the effectively deprecated initial_routing_sync feature.

This change removes setting of initial_routing_sync in our outbound Init
message. Instead we now call sync_routing_table after receiving an Init
message from a peer. If the peer supports gossip_queries and
should_request_full_sync returns true, we initiate a full gossip_queries
sync.

7a4a29ffe0 Pass Init message to sync_routing_table method
This commit modifies sync_routing_table in RoutingMessageHandler to
accept a reference to the Init message received by the peer. This allows
the method to use the Peer's features to drive the operations of the
gossip_queries routing table sync.

7e1e0ac97c Pass gossip_queries messages to handler via ownership
This change modifies gossip_queries methods in RoutingMessageHandler to
move the message instead of passing a reference. This allows the message
handler to be more efficient by not requiring a full copy of SCIDs
passed in messages.

14d4492b68 Refactor gossip_queries sync to be stateless
This commit simplifies the sync process for routing gossip messages. When
a sync is initiated, the process is handled statelessly by immediately
issuing SCID queries as channel range replies are received. This greatly
simplifies the state machine at the cost of fully validating and
conforming to the current spec.

55e5aafcfe Add gossip_queries methods to RoutingMessageHandler trait
Defines message handlers for gossip_queries messages in the RoutingMessageHandler
trait. The MessageSendEventsProvider supertrait is added to RoutingMessageHandler
so that the implementor can use SendMessageEvents to send messages to a
peer at the appropriate time.

The trait methods are stubbed in NetGraphMsgHandler which implements
RoutingMessageHandler and return a "not implemented" error.

4395b92cc8 Relicense as dual Apache-2.0 + MIT
This changes the LICENSE file and adds license headers to most files
to relicense under dual Apache-2.0 and MIT. This is helpful in that
we retain the patent grant issued under Apache-2.0-licensed work,
avoiding some sticky patent issues, while still allowing users who
are more comfortable with the simpler MIT license to use that.

See https://github.com/rust-bitcoin/rust-lightning/issues/659 for

Improve error message.
... for ChannelError and APIMisuseError
Before this commit, When rl returns error, we don't know
The actual parameter which caused the error.
By returning parameterised `String` instead of predefined `&'static str`,
We can give a caller improved error message.

TestLogger now has two additional methods
1. `assert_log_contains` which checks the logged messsage
has how many entry which includes the specified string as a substring.
2. `aasert_log_regex` mostly the same with `assert_log_contains`
but it is more flexible that caller specifies regex which has
to be satisfied instead of just a substring.
For regex, tests now includes `regex` as dev-dependency.

9dd2be15e9 Remove duplicate specification of features
Features for a given context are duplicated throughout the features
module. Use a macro for defining a Context and the applicable features
such that features only need to be defined for a Context in one place.
The Context provides bitmasks for selecting known and unknown feature
flags.

BOLT 1 and BOLT 9 refer to features as "known" if a peer understands
them. They also use the term "supported" to mean either optional or
required.

Update the features module to use similar terminology.
- Define contexts in terms of required and optional features rather than
  just supported features
- Define known features as those that are optional or required
- Rename supported() constructor to known()

For completeness, clear_optional_bit for each feature is now called
clear_bits and clears both optional and required bits.

6d1bd8bc98 Impl Base AMP in the receive pipeline and expose payment_secret
Base AMP is centered around the concept of a 'payment_secret` - an
opaque 32-byte random string which is used to authenticate the
sender to the recipient as well as tie the various HTLCs which
make up one payment together. This new field gets exposed in a
number of places, though sadly only as an Option for backwards
compatibility when sending to a receiver/receiving from a sender
which does not support Base AMP.

Sadly a huge diff here, but almost all of it is changing the method
signatures for sending/receiving/failing HTLCs and the
PaymentReceived event, which all now need to expose an
Option<[u8; 32]> for the payment_secret.

It doesn't yet properly fail back pending HTLCs when the full AMP
payment is never received (which should result in accidental
channel force-closures). Further, as sending AMP payments is not
yet supported, the only test here is a simple single-path payment
with a payment_secret in it.

a8114a70cb Add ability to broadcast our own node_announcement.
This is a somewhat-obvious oversight in the capabilities of
rust-lightning, though not a particularly interesting one until we
start relying on node_features (eg for variable-length-onions and
Base AMP).

Sadly its not fully automated as we don't really want to store the
list of available addresses from the user. However, with a simple
call to ChannelManager::broadcast_node_announcement and a sensible
peer_handler, the announcement is made.

32ca8ec13e Make Readable::read a templated on the stream, not Readable itself
This makes Readable symmetric with Writeable and makes sense -
something which is Readable should be Readable for any stream which
implements std::io::Read, not only for a stream type it decides on.

This solves some lifetime-compatibility issues in trying to read()
from a LengthLimitingReader in arbitrary Readable impls.

36c725fe1c Flatten OnionHopData struct with the Realm0 struct.
Previously OnionHopData contained a OnionRealm0HopData field however
instead of bumping the realm number, it has been replaced with a
length, used to indicte the length of a TLV-formatted object.

Because a TLV-formatted hop data can contain the same information as
a realm-0 hop data, we flatten the field and simply keep track of
what format it was in.
