encrypt | decrypt | autounlock the hsm_secret for C-lightning
usage:
cln.hsmtool.sh [unlock] [testnet|mainnet|signet]
cln.hsmtool.sh [encrypt|decrypt] [testnet|mainnet|signet]
cln.hsmtool.sh [autounlock-on|autounlock-off] [testnet|mainnet|signet]
