lnwire: add custom records field to type UpdateFulfillHtlc
- Introduce the field `CustomRecords` to the type `UpdateFulfillHtlc`.
- Encode and decode the new field into the `ExtraData` field of the
`update_fulfill_htlc` wire message.
- Empty `ExtraData` field is set to `nil`.
