invoices+channeldb: Fix AMP invoices behaviour. 
We now cancel all HTLCs of an AMP invoice as soon as it expires.
Otherwise because we mark the invoice as cancelled we would not
allow accepted HTLCs to be resolved via the invoiceEventLoop.
