This commit breaks the `Resolve` into two parts - the first part is
moved into a `Launch` method that handles sending sweep requests, and
the second part remains in `Resolve` which handles waiting for the
spend. Since we are using both utxo nursery and sweeper at the same
time, to make sure this change doesn't break the existing behavior, we
implement the `Launch` as following,
- zero-fee htlc - handled by the sweeper
- direct output from the remote commit - handled by the sweeper
- legacy htlc - handled by the utxo nursery
This `immediate` flag was added as a hack so during a restart, the
pending resolvers would offer the inputs to the sweeper and ask it to
sweep them immediately. This is no longer need due to `blockbeat`, as
now during restart, a block is always sent to all subsystems via the
flow `ChainArb` -> `ChannelArb` -> resolvers -> sweeper. Thus, when
there are pending inputs offered, they will be processed by the sweeper
immediately.
The sweeper can handle the waiting so there's no need to wait for blocks
inside the resolvers. By offering the inputs prior to their mature
heights also guarantees the inputs with the same deadline are
aggregated.
Find and replace all nolint instances refering to the `lll` linter and
replace with `ll` which is the name of our custom version of the `lll`
linter which can be used to ignore log lines during linting.
The next commit will do the configuration of the custom linter and
disable the default one.
All the structs defined in the `channeldb/models` package are graph
related. So once we move all the graph CRUD code to the graph package,
it makes sense to have the schema structs there too. So this just moves
the `models` package over to `graph/db/models`.
With this commit, we update all the resolvers to pass in the new htlc
resolution blobs. Along the way, we remove the old blocking guard on
this resolution logic for HTLCs with blobs.
This commit moves the offering of second-level outputs one block
earlier. The sweeper will check the required locktime and wait until it
matures. This is needed so the second-level outputs can be aggregated
properly.
This commit removes the method `CreateSweepTx` and makes sure when
sweeping the htlc output via the direct-preimage spend, it's offered via
the `SweepInput` interface.
`IncubateOutputs` never takes more than one HTLC, so we change the
params to be optional, which helps with the following commit where we
pass the deadline height when incubating outgoing HTLCs.
Add a new subpackage to `lnd/channeldb` to hold some of the types that
are used in the package itself and in other packages that should not
depend on `channeldb`.
In this commit, we consolidate the _lease specific_ logic for the
success and timeout HTLC resolvers. We do this with the addition of a
new struct which is then composed via struct embedding with the two
existing structs. This fixes a flake in the integration tests by
ensuring the height is set up front, rather than eventually once the
height matches the lock time.
This commit was previously split into the following parts to ease
review:
- 2d746f68: replace imports
- 4008f0fd: use ecdsa.Signature
- 849e33d1: remove btcec.S256()
- b8f6ebbd: use v2 library correctly
- fa80bca9: bump go modules
In order to sweep the commitment and HTLC outputs belonging to a
script-enforced leased channel, each resolver must know whether the
additional CLTV clause on the channel initiator applies to them. To do
so, we retrieve the historical channel state stored within the database
and supplement it to the resolvers to provide them with what's needed in
order to sweep the necessary outputs and resolve their respective
contracts.
success tx
This commit makes the HTLC resolutions having non-nil SignDetails
(meaning we can re-sign the second-level transactions) go through the
sweeper. They will be offered to the sweeper which will cluster them and
arrange them on its sweep transaction. When that is done we will further
sweep the output on this sweep transaction as any other second-level tx.
In this commit we do this for the HTLC success resolver and the
accompanying HTLC success transaction.
Follow up labelling of external transactions with labels for the
transaction types we create within lnd. Since these labels will live
a life of string matching, a version number and rigid format is added
so that string matching is less painful. We start out with channel ID,
where available, and a transaction "type". External labels, added in a
previous PR, are not updated to this new versioned label because they
are not lnd-initiated transactions. Label matching can check this case,
then check for a version number.
Add label parameter to PublishTransaction in WalletController
interface. A labels package is added to store generic labels that are
used for the different types of transactions that are published by lnd.
To keep commit size down, the two endpoints that require a label
parameter be passed down have a todo added, which will be removed in
subsequent commits.
