This PR addresses the following:
- Install and Configure protolint to enforce the protobuf style guide rules in the CI.
- Fix the protolinting issues (package and import ordering) while maintaining the comaptibility.
This adds a field for specifying the macaroon root key to use during the
wallet initialization process instead of having lnd generate a random
macaroon root key itself.
To avoid a naming conflict with etcd, we rename our very generic
rpc.proto to lightning.proto to match the service name that's declared
within. This will break many external tutorials and possibly also our
API docs but the change needs to be done eventually.
This commit adds the --stateless_init flag to all three wallet unlocker
operations. Once you initialize a wallet stateless, you need to set
this flag for every further wallet unlocker operation. Otherwise you
risk non-encrypted macaroon information to leak to the underlying
system.
