# Lightning Network In-Progress Specifications

The specifications are currently a work-in-progress and currently being
drafted.

Pull requests and comments welcome, seeking input from community stakeholders.

meta: update the link to the ML (#1170) This commit is adding a link to the ML archive and redirecting users to the delvingbitcoin forum instead of the obsolete ML.
