Pierre-Marie Padiou c43c009f94 Catch channel errors in relayer (#276) ... The `relayer` was missing failures sent by the `channel`, which led to `htlc` lingering without being failed. Sender would see payments stuck in `PENDING` state until they eventually timeout and cause the channel to be unilaterally closed. This is a regression caused by f47ea72369.
