Rusty Russell 80c43ec97d injectpaymentionion: allow specification of actual amount which reaches destination. 
This appears in listsendpays / listpays, and is useful information (if we know!).

This doesn't fix old payments, but means that xpay can use this for new payments.

pyln-grpc-proto

The python protobuf library is rather restrictive when it comes to importing them multiple times. So this package just contains the compiled protobuf files and serves as the canonical place to load them from.
