Rusty Russell 5e2053feea pay: fix crash when we paystatus too soon. 
If the attempt hasn't started yet, we can have an empty 'attempts' array
(while it's in listpeers, for example):

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
