This improves the success rate of `test_mpp_interference_2`, though
still not quite up to the level that we can remove `@flaky` from it.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
