Rusty Russell 0607f998d1 options: allow --log-level <level>:<prefix> for finegrained log control. ... This allows finegrained logging control of particular subdaemons or subsystems. To do this, we defer setting the logging levels for each log object until after early argument parsing (since e.g. "bitcoind" log object is created early).
