391da2f440 lightningd: don't let them fundpsbt below emergency reserve.
This is the simple version which always tries to keep some sats if we
have an anchor channel. Turns out that we need something more
sophisticated for multifundchannel, so that's next.

64b1ddd761 lightningd: clean up feerate handling, deprecate old terms.
Drop try_get_feerate() in favor of explicit feerate_for_deadline() and
smoothed_feerate_for_deadline().

This shows us everywhere we deal with old-style feerates by names.

`delayed_to_us` and `htlc_resolution` will be moving to dynamic fees,
so deprecate those.

Note that "penalty" is still used for generating penalty txs for
watchtowers, and "unilateral_close" still used until we get zero-fee
anchors.

Changelog-Added: JSON-RPC: `feerates` `estimates` array shows fee estimates by blockcount from underlying plugin (usually *bcli*).
Changelog-Changed: JSON-RPC: `close`, `fundchannel`, `fundpsbt`, `multifundchannel`, `multiwithdraw`, `txprepare`, `upgradewallet`, `withdraw` `feerate` (`feerange` for `close`) value *slow* is now 100 block-estimate, not half of 100-block estimate.
Changelog-Deprecated: JSON-RPC: `close`, `fundchannel`, `fundpsbt`, `multifundchannel`, `multiwithdraw`, `txprepare`, `upgradewallet`, `withdraw` `feerate` (`feerange` for `close`) expressed as, "delayed_to_us", "htlc_resolution", "max_acceptable" or "min_acceptable". Use explicit block counts or *slow*/*normal*/*urgent*/*minimum*.

eff53495db lightningd: make "is peer connected" a tristate.
First, connectd tells us the peer has connected, and we call the connected hook,
and if it says it's fine, we are actually connected and we fire off notifications.

Of course, we could be disconnected while in the connected hook, and that would
mean we tell people about a connection which is no longer current.

Make this clear with a tristate: if we're not marked disconnected by
the time the hooks finish, we're good. It also gives us a cleaner
"connect" command return when we connected but disconnected before
processing.

fe86c117d9 datastore: turn keys into arrays
After some discussion with @shesek, and my own usage, we agreed that
a more comprehensive interface, which explicitly supports grouping,
is desirable.

Thus keys are now arrays, with the semantic that a key is either a
parent or has a value, never both.

For convenience in the JSON schema, we always return them as arrays,
though we accept simple strings as arguments.

- `getfeerate`
- `sendrawtransaction`
- `getutxout`, used to gather infos about an output and currently used by

55173a56b7 Use dedicated type for error codes
Before this patch we used `int` for error codes. The problem with
`int` is that we try to pass it to/from wire and the size of `int` is
not defined by the standard. So a sender with 4-byte `int` would write
4 bytes to the wire and a receiver with 2-byte `int` (for example) would
read just 2 bytes from the wire.

To resolve this:

* Introduce an error code type with a known size:
  `typedef s32 errcode_t`.

* Change all error code macros to constants of type `errcode_t`.
Constants also play better with gdb - it would visualize the name of
the constant instead of the numeric value.

* Change all functions that take error codes to take the new type
  `errcode_t` instead of `int`.

* Introduce towire / fromwire functions to send / receive the newly added
type `errcode_t` and use it instead of `towire_int()`.

In addition:

* Remove the now unneeded `towire_int()`.

* Replace a hardcoded error code `-2` with a new constant
  `INVOICE_EXPIRED_DURING_WAIT` (903).

Changelog-Changed: The waitinvoice command would now return error code 903 to designate that the invoice expired during wait, instead of the previous -2

ca28c30eff funding: don't allow funding new channels until we're synced.
This is probably worth preventing.

1. Our depth estimate would be inaccurate possibly leading to us
   timing out too early.
2. If we're not up-to-date our onchain funds are unknown.
3. We wouldn't be able to send or receive HTLCs until we're synced anyway.

10057c8335 openingd/json_fund_channel:
- result fundchannel command now depends on successful or failed broadcast of the funding tx
- failure returns error code FUNDING_BROADCAST_FAIL
- don't fail the channel when broadcast failed, but keep in CHANNELD_AWAITING_LOCKIN
- after fixing the initial broadcast failure, the user could manually rebroadcast the tx and
  keep the channel

openingd/opening_funder_finished:
- broadcast_tx callback function now handles both success and failure

jsonrpc: added error code FUNDING_BROADCAST_FAIL
manpage: added error code returned by fundchannel command

This makes the user more aware of broadcast failure, so it hopefully doesn't
try to broadcast new tx's that depend on its change_outputs. Some users have reported (see
issue #2171) a whole sequence of fundings failing, because each funding was using the change
output of the previous one, which would not confirm.
