Rusty Russell	ec83d7a8a5	doc/schemas: disableoffer, disconnect, feerates, fetchinvoice, fundchannel, fundchannel_cancel, fundchannel_complete, fundchannel_start, fundpsbt, getinfo, getlog, getroute. ...
