Rusty Russell	b6c1ffa359	ccan/htable: update to explicit DUPS/NODUPS types. ... The updated API requires typed htables to explicitly state whether they allow duplicates: for most cases we don't, but we've had issues in the past. This is a big patch, but mainly mechanical.
