7745513c51 bolt12: change our payer_key calculation.
It was very tied to x-only keys; we could support it in a backwards
compatibility mode for a while, but getting refunds or proving old
pre-finalization invoices is not worth spending time on.

Changelog-EXPERIMENTAL: offers: old `payer_key` proofs won't work.

4e39b3ff3d hsmd: don't use point32 for bolt12, but use pubkeys (though still always 02)
This is the one place where we hand point32 over the wire internally, so
remove it.

This is also our first hsm version change!

bed905a394 lightningd: use 33 byte pubkeys internally.
We still use 32 bytes on the wire, but internally don't use x-only.

726b6878d1 offers: import latest variant from draft.
In particular, this changes the name of a field in invoice_request:
`payer_signature` becomes simply `signature`. So we allow both for
now, and send the old one unless deprecated_apis is disabled.

4ffda340d3 check: make sure all files outside contrib/ include "config.h" first.
And turn "" includes into full-path (which makes it easier to put
config.h first, and finds some cases check-includes.sh missed
previously).

config.h sets _GNU_SOURCE which really needs to be done before any
'#includes': we mainly got away with it with glibc, but other platforms
like Alpine may have stricter requirements.

c448170d5f common/bolt12_merkle.c: fix comments.
I spent an hour thinking this code had a bug (see test vector fix);
we *do* overallocate the tree, but that's deliberate: we fill with NULLs
and ignore on recursion.

The Merkle recurse comment had an out-by-one, and the NULL-pad
technique used was uncommented.

3b40bfa801 bolt12_merkle: change offer merkle to latest spec.
And fix up the mess we'd made:
1. We didn't order merkles by lesser-first.
2. We didn't correctly construct tree with last nodes on shortest path.

Now we have tests!

a29847f0c6 DEVELOPER: allow fetchinvoice to force they payer_secret.
We usually assume we're fetching an invoice we are going to pay, so we
look up the previous payment for the payer key, and other sanity
checks.

This adds a developer option to fetchinvoice, which allows it to force
its own payer key, which it uses to sign directly and bypasses these
checks.
