06b9009dd8 lightningd: remove deprecated behavior where checkmessage would fail quietly.
Signed-off-by: Rusty Russell <rusty@rustcorp.com.au>
Changelog-Removed: JSON-RPC: `checkmessage` now always returns an error when the pubkey is not specified and it is unknown in the network graph (deprecated v0.12.0)

d5ce5cbab3 lightningd: only use non-numeric JSON ids if plugin says we can.
We also remember whether the id is a string or not, for replacement in
JSON passthrough.

a9557d5194 lightningd: derive JSONRPC ids from incoming id (append /cln:<method>#NNN).
Usually the calls are spontanous, so it's just "cln:<method>#NNN", but
json_invoice() calls listincoming, and json_checkmessage calls
listnodes, so those become "cli:invoice-<pid>/cln:listincoming#NNN".

6fe570820e Remove general shadowed variables.
We shadow local variables in several places: generally, these changes
make the code clearer.

1d671a2380 rpc: checkmessage return an error if pubkey is not found
Returning an warning message when the pub key is not specified and there is no node in the graph.

We try to help people that use core lightning as a signer and nothings else.

Changelog-Deprecated: rpc: checkmessage return an error when the pubkey is not specified and it is unknown in the network graph.

36a29fbfbc lightningd/json.h: remove.
There are hardly any lightningd-specific JSON functions: all that's left
are the feerate ones, and there's already a comment that we should have
a lightningd/feerate.h.

401f1debc5 common: clean up json routine locations.
We have them split over common/param.c, common/json.c,
common/json_helpers.c, common/json_tok.c and common/json_stream.c.

Change that to:
* common/json_parse (all the json_to_xxx routines)
* common/json_parse_simple (simplest the json parsing routines, for cli too)
* common/json_stream (all the json_add_xxx routines)
* common/json_param (all the param and param_xxx routines)

4ffda340d3 check: make sure all files outside contrib/ include "config.h" first.
And turn "" includes into full-path (which makes it easier to put
config.h first, and finds some cases check-includes.sh missed
previously).

config.h sets _GNU_SOURCE which really needs to be done before any
'#includes': we mainly got away with it with glibc, but other platforms
like Alpine may have stricter requirements.

1702c7a69a hsmd: convert to new wire generation style.
Note that other directories were explicitly depending on the generated
file, instead of relying on their (already existing) dependency on
$(LIGHTNINGD_HSM_CLIENT_OBJS), so we remove that.

684ed4231f common/wireaddr: don't include lightningd/lightningd.
common should not include specific per-daemon files. Turns out this
caused a lot of indirect includes to be exposed.

e5d9c7effc lightningd: checkmessage can intuit pubkey in some cases.
*If* we know the key has signed something else (as is the case for
channel_announcement) then we can effectively trust the key derivation.

This matches how LND's VerifyMessage works, though in the next patch
we will document it exactly.
