6e636a835f tools/fromschema.py: handle deprecated null field, don't create empty lists.
1. listpeers has a deprecated `"closer": null`, which we need
to handle in the schema, while trying not to damage our
   documentation too much.

2. Don't print a condition if there are no fields to print.

3. Allow a special "untyped" marker for multifundchannel which returns
   arbitrary JSON in a field.

4. Allow a single field return (for 'stop').

ec83d7a8a5 doc/schemas: disableoffer, disconnect, feerates, fetchinvoice, fundchannel, fundchannel_cancel, fundchannel_complete, fundchannel_start, fundpsbt, getinfo, getlog, getroute.
We also add a test for getlog, since it was never called by the
testsuite.

5aed2bc212 This should hopefully alleviate the pain of figuring out how to properly quote utxos in fundchannel command :) It took me a while to figure it out and I would be lost without @cdecker s help on IRC.

4926c25bb5 fundchannel: take a 'close_to' address
Finally, extends the 'close_to' functionality up to the flagship 'open a
channel' command.

Changelog-Added: JSON-API `fundchannel` now accepts an optional 'close_to' param, a bitcoin address that the channel funding should be sent to on close. Requires `opt_upfront_shutdownscript`

b9ac032329 doc: force refresh of all manpages.
The idea is that you regenerate the man pages in the same commit you
alter them: that's how we know whether to try regenerating them or not
(git doesn't store timestamps, so it can't really tell).

Travis will now check this, so force them all to sync to this commit.

fd76b8bfba doc/: Doc clarifications regarding connecting and funding.
ChangeLog-Fixed: Clarified about connection in documentation. Also, `fundchannel` already `connect`s if your node knows how to contact the desired peer for a few versions now, so clarify documentation about this as well.

689dd28ddd funding: enable push_msat
it's that time of year (merry xmas!)

enables the ability to push_msat on fundchannel

Changelog-Added: RPC: `fundchannel` and `fundchannel_start` can now accept an optional parameter, `push_msat`, which will gift that amount of satoshis to the peer at channel open.

c3254e6639 docs: Update manpages to be recognized correctly by mrkd
mrkd started enforcing the `name -- short description` style of top-level
headings somewhere, and was thus failing to build the man-pages. I swapped
the title and with the existing short description to make it work
again. `mrkd` will automatically infer the section from the filename so no
need to put it in the title as well.

In addition I removed the "last updated" lines at the bottom since they are
out of date at best, and misleading at the worst. If we want to keep them, I'd
suggest generating them from the commit that last touched them.
