c68204a32a lightningd: store our id as a struct pubkey as well as struct node_id.
We convert it in various places, so do that only once. Also, the name
"id" is a little curt.

37d22f9141 global: change all type_to_string to fmt_X.
This has the benefit of being shorter, as well as more reliable (you
will get a link error if we can't print it, not a runtime one!).

df71f2ffa0 coin_mvt: use the lightning_hrp for *all* coin movement currency
We were (dumbly?) using the `onchain_hrp` for 'chain_mvts' and the
`lightning_hrp` for 'channel_mvts'.

This works fine everywhere *except* for on a signet, where we use
different prefixes.

Since the lightning-hrp set is more diversified (testnet btc
+ signet btc use the same HRP 'onchain'), let's use that.

Should have zero impact on anything other than nodes running on signet.

To preserve your current accounts database without needing to delete,
restart, execute the following: (note preferrably when your node isn't
running).

```
UPDATE chain_events SET currency = 'tbs' WHERE currency = 'tb';
```

Fixes #6534

Changelog-Fixed: `bkpr-listbalances` would crash for nodes on signet with payments in channels, because onchain events were using a different currency than inchannel events.

ecb8d9d71f dual-fund: add new open-commit-ready state
From the spec:

	Once peers are ready to exchange commitment signatures, they must remember
	the details of the funding transaction to allow resuming the signatures
	exchange if a disconnection happens.

Basically this means we add channels to the database before we've gotten
commitments for them; it's nice that there's now a state for commitments
recevied but we now save the channel prior to that.

This commit makes it possible to track the pre-commit-rcvd but not quite
open-init state.

ed034d9deb wallet: specialize get_utxos interfaces.
Turns out we really only want two:

2. wallet_get_unspent_utxos()

acc30c0b3f lightningd: split DUALOPEND_OPEN_INIT into DUALOPEND_OPEN_INIT and DUALOPEND_OPEN_COMMITTED.
The latter is used when we're put in the db, the former is the uncommitted state.
Currently dbid == 0 is used in addition to the state, which is unwieldy.

0b4622bcbd lightningd/channel.h: clean up channel states.
We should use capability tests for states (can you add htlcs?) rather than vague
descriptions (are you closing?).

And as much as possible, use switch () statements to force us to think
about all the cases, especially when we add new states!

cfa632b0e9 lightningd: use hash map for peers instead of linked list.
After connecting 100,000 peers with one channel each (not all at
once!), we see various places where we exhibit O(N^2) behaviour.

Fix these by keeping a map of id->peer instead of a simple
linked-list.

1980ba420b notif: dont send balance snapshot for not yet opened channel
We were double counting channel lease fees because we were double firing
the channel open event sequence (so to speak). If we don't report
balances for unopened channels, we don't have this problem?

Changelog-Changed: Plugins: `balance_snapshot` notification does not send balances for channels that aren't locked-in/opened yet

a675f4c24e balance_snapshot: emit balances for channels that are awaiting_lockin
9cad7d6a6a changed the behavior of `channel_active`, which slightly
broke how our balance snapshots work (we need info about channels that
aren't on-chain yet).

This patches adds AWAITING_UNILATERAL back in.

9075c74e3d balance_snapshot: don't count unconfirmed utxos

425a7af512 common/coin_mvt: clean up API a little.
1. tal_strndup(.., str, strlen(str)) == tal_strdup()
2. tal_strdup also takes(), so document that.
3. Avoid passing 'struct sha256' on the stack: use ptr.
4. Generally, structures shouldn't keep pointers to things they don't own.
   In this case, mvt->node_id.
5. Make payment_hash a pointer, since NULL is more natural than an all-zero
   hash.

And add NON_NULL_ARGS() to the functions; it's cumbersome, but make it
fairly clear what params are optional.

bddd3694fa coin_mvt: record fees for an outbound htlc
If we initialized the payment, the fees are the entire fee-chain
(final hop amount - starting hop amount)

If it's a payment we routed, the fees are the diff between the
inbound htlc and the outbound (net gain by this routing)

Added to database so data persists nicely.

29c6718297 coin_mvt: record new 'fees' field on htlc channel moves
We record the amount of fees collected for a routed payment. For
simplicity's sake on the data agg side, we record the fee payment on
*BOTH* the incoming htlc and the outgoing htlc. Note that this results
in double counting if you add up the fees from both an in-routed and
out-routed payment.

4ffda340d3 check: make sure all files outside contrib/ include "config.h" first.
And turn "" includes into full-path (which makes it easier to put
config.h first, and finds some cases check-includes.sh missed
previously).

config.h sets _GNU_SOURCE which really needs to be done before any
'#includes': we mainly got away with it with glibc, but other platforms
like Alpine may have stricter requirements.

e9d26a46e0 coin moves: actually record the blockheight for all chain moves
Previously we were annotating every movement with the blockheight of
lightningd at notification time. Which is lossy in terms of info, and
won't be helpful for reorg reconciliation. Here we switch over to
logging chain moves iff they've been confirmed.

Next PR will fix this up for withdrawals, which are currently tagged
with a blockheight of zero, since we log on successful send.
