We use multi-specifiable options elsewhere, this is just another.
Otherwise you can't add, you can only set them all.
Changelog-Added: Config: `accept-htlc-tlv-type` (replaces awkward-to-use `accept-htlc-tlv-types`)

Since it is an optional field in the `listconfigs` output we can't use
the `rpc_scan` mechanism (doesn't handle optionals yet). We'll use
that list of accepted types later to avoid stripping them.
We simply take the first one, and route to the start of that. Then we
append the blinded path to the onion construction.

Changelog-Fixed: Plugins: `keysend` now removes unknown even (technically illegal!) fields, to try to accept more payments.

Changelog-Added: Protocol: `keysend` will now attach the longest valid text field in the onion to the invoice (so you can have Sphinx.chat users spam you!)
We have them split over common/param.c, common/json.c,
common/json_helpers.c, common/json_tok.c and common/json_stream.c.
Change that to:
* common/json_parse (all the json_to_xxx routines)
* common/json_parse_simple (simplest the json parsing routines, for cli too)
* common/json_stream (all the json_add_xxx routines)
* common/json_param (all the param and param_xxx routines)

This is consistent with our output changes, and increases consistency.
It also keeps future sanity checks happy, that we only use JSON msat
helpers with '_msat' fields.

Changelog-Changed: JSON-RPC: `invoice`, `sendonion`, `sendpay`, `pay`, `keysend`, `fetchinvoice`, `sendinvoice`: `msatoshi` argument is now called `amount_msat` to match other fields.
Changelog-Deprecated: JSON-RPC: `invoice`, `sendonion`, `sendpay`, `pay`, `keysend`, `fetchinvoice`, `sendinvoice` `msatoshi` (use `amount_msat`)
We were setting it on the root, but that doesn't get handed to
sendpay. Our schema doesn't *require* bolt11, either, so this was
missed (there could be a *bolt12* instead).

Changelog-Fixed: JSON-RPC: `listpays` always includes `bolt11` or `bolt12` field.
Callers were supposed to call "tlv_fields_valid" after fromwire_tlv,
but few did. Make this the default, and call the underlying function
directly where we want to be more flexible (one place).
This loses the ability to allow misordered fields, or to pass through
*any* even fields. We restore that for special cases in the next
patch.

Requiring the caller to allocate them is ugly, and differs from
other types.
This means we need a context arg if we don't have one already.

No more "towire_offer", but "towire_tlv_offer".
This means we double-up on the unfortunately-named `tlv_payload` inside
the onion, but we should rename that in the spec when we remove
old payloads.

Changelog-Removed: protocol: support for legacy onion format removed, since everyone supports the new one.
1. We don't keep a pointer to payments (unlike pay, which keeps a
linked list), so mark it notleak.
2. plugin->our_features is overloaded for "features we want to set" (used by keysend)
and then "features we have". Create a new field, which is cleaner.

And turn "" includes into full-path (which makes it easier to put
config.h first, and finds some cases check-includes.sh missed
previously).
config.h sets _GNU_SOURCE which really needs to be done before any
'#includes': we mainly got away with it with glibc, but other platforms
like Alpine may have stricter requirements.

So far we could not reach non-publicly reachable nodes with the
keysend command since we couldn't compute a route to them. With this
change we can add some routehints that we may have gotten from an
address book or a previous invoice, and make it more likely that we
can reach the destination.
Changelog-Added: keysend: `keysend` can now reach non-public nodes by providing the `routehints` argument if they are known.
This makes the min_cltv_expiry_delta equal to Rust-Lightning's, which is
the highest minimum we know of.
Changelog-Changed: keysend now uses 22 for the final CTLV, making it rust-lightning compatible.
There is little point in faking a self-payment, but we should also not
crash :-)
Fixes#4438
Changelog-Fixed: keysend: Keysend returns an error when a self-payment is requested
As pointed out by @cfromknecht [1] there was no formal standardization of
the featurebit, and lnd would try a keysend whenever TLV was supported
by the recipient. This mimics that behavior by checking only that TLV
is enabled.
Changelog-Fixes: keysend: We now attempt to send with keysend even if the node hasn't explicitly opted in by setting a featurebit.

This makes for more useful errors. It prints where it was up to in
the guide, but doesn't print the entire JSON it's scanning.

We were blindly initiating the keysend payment, which could lead to
confusing outcomes. This adds a very specific error message to the
error returned.
Changelog-Fixed: keysend: Keysend now checks whether the destination supports keysend before attempting a payment. If not a more informative error is returned.
When we support bolt12, this won't exist. We only need min_final_cltv_expiry,
routes and features, so put them into struct payment explicitly.
We move the default final ctlv out to the caller, too, which is clearer.
e.g. keysend was using this value, but it was hard to tell.

As revealed by the failure of tests in #3936, where we ended up trying
to send a partial payment using legacy style, we are not handling
style properly.
1. BOLT9 has features, so we can *know* that the destination supports
MPP. We may not have seen a node_announcement.
2. We can't assume that nodes inside routehints support TLV.
3. We can't assume direct peers support TLV.
The keysend code tried to fix this up, so I'm not sure that this caused
the issue in #3968, though.

Changelog-Fixed: `pay` will now make reliable multi-part payments to nodes it doesn't have a node_announcement for.
