Previously, our code checked for the presence of the `lightning:`
prefix while decoding a bolt11 string. Although this prefix is valid
and accepted by the core lightning pay command, it was causing issues
with how we managed invoices. Specifically, we were skipping the prefix
when creating a copy of the invoice string and storing the raw invoice
(including the prefix) in the database, which caused inconsistencies
in the user experience.
To address this issue, we need to strip the `lightning:` prefix before
calling each core lightning command. In addition, we should
modify the invstring inside the db with the canonical one.
This commit fixes the issue by stripping the `lightning:` prefix
from the `listsendpays` function, which will improve the
user experience and ensure consistency in our invoice management (see
next commit).

Things allocated by libwally all get the tal_name "wally_tal",
which cost me a few hours trying to find a leak.
In the case where we're making one of the allocations the parent
of the others (e.g. a wally_psbt), we can do better: supply a name
for the tal_wally_end().
So I add a new tal_wally_end_onto() which does the standard
tal_steal() trick, and also changes the (typechecked!) name.

And turn "" includes into full-path (which makes it easier to put
config.h first, and finds some cases check-includes.sh missed
previously).
config.h sets _GNU_SOURCE which really needs to be done before any
'#includes': we mainly got away with it with glibc, but other platforms
like Alpine may have stricter requirements.

Various unit tests were creating temporary files unconditionally in /tmp
and were not cleaning up after themselves. Introduce a new variant of
mkstemp(3p) that respects the TMPDIR environment variable, and use it in
the offending unit tests. This allows each test run to use a dedicated
TMPDIR that can be cleaned up after the run.

This happened in my tal_dump(), and I couldn't see how we ended up
with object having more than one "backtrace". Adding asserts that we
never added a second backtrace didn't trigger.
Finally I wondered if we were tal_steal() backtraces, and sure enough
we do that blinding in one place: libwally wrapping. So fix that.

We force use of tal_wally_start/tal_wally_end around every wally
allocation, and with "end" make the caller choose where to reparent
everything.
This is particularly powerful where we allocate a tx or a psbt: we
want that tx or psbt to be the parent of the other allocations, so
this way we can reparent the tx or psbt, then reparent everything
else onto it.
Implementing psbt_finalize (which uses a behavior flag antipattern)
was tricky, so I ended up splitting that into 'psbt_finalize' and
'psbt_final_tx', which I think also makes the callers clearer.

This is a common thing to do, so create a macro.
Unfortunately, it still needs the type arg, because the paramter may
be const, and the return cannot be, and C doesn't have a general
"(-const)" cast.

We often want a pointer which will turn to NULL if the pointed-to thing is
freed. This is possible with tal objects, so create it.

We now have a pointer to chainparams, that fails valgrind if we do anything
chain-specific before setting it.

Using a global variable is a bit lazy, but weaving the network type through
the entire stack is a daunting task. Maybe we can make that happen at a later
stage.
Most of the changes in `chainparams.c` are just formatting the
`genesis_blockhash` a bit nicer (`clang-format` to the rescue).

In some daemons I want to hand it into a loop, which would call
clean_tmpctx(). This causes a subtle bug.
So just free the children directly: the pointer itself remains valid.

In several places we use low-level tal functions because we want the
label to be something other than the default. ccan/tal is adding
tal_*_label so replace them and shim it for now.

tal_count() is used where there's a type, even if it's char or u8, and
tal_bytelen() is going to replace tal_len() for clarity: it's only needed
where a pointer is void.
We shim tal_bytelen() for now.

I did a brief audit of tmpctx uses, and we do leak them in various
corner cases. Fortunely, all our daemons are based on some kind of
I/O loop, so it's fairly easy to clean a global tmpctx at that point.
This makes things a bit neater, and slightly more efficient, but also
clearer: I avoided creating a tmpctx in a few places because I didn't
want to add another allocation. With that penalty removed, I can use
it more freely and hopefully write clearer code.

To avoid everything pulling in HTLCs stuff to the opening daemon, we
split the channel and commit_tx routines into initial_channel and
initial_commit_tx (no HTLC support) and move full HTLC supporting versions
into channeld.
