doesn't quote, and one which does.

We have them split over common/param.c, common/json.c,
common/json_helpers.c, common/json_tok.c and common/json_stream.c.
Change that to:
* common/json_parse (all the json_to_xxx routines)
* common/json_parse_simple (simplest the json parsing routines, for cli too)
* common/json_stream (all the json_add_xxx routines)
* common/json_param (all the param and param_xxx routines)

Not only can the outgoing edge be a zeroconf channel, it can also be
the incoming channel. So we revert to the usual trick of using the
local alias if the short_channel_id isn't known yet.
We use the LOCAL alias instead of the REMOTE alias even though the
sender likely used the REMOTE alias to refer to the channel. This is
because we control the LOCAL alias, and we keep it stable during the
lifetime of the channel, whereas the REMOTE one could change or not be
there yet.
The new msat fields are turned into Millisatoshi, so handle that correctly
too in tests too.

Changelog-Deprecated: Plugins: `coin_movement` notification: `balance`, `credit`, `debit` and `fees` (use `balance_msat`, `credit_msat`, `debit_msat` and `fees_msat`)
We had json_add_amount_msat_only(), which was designed to be used to
print out msat fields, if we had sats.
However, we misused it, so split it into the three different cases:
1. json_add_amount_sat_msat: We are using it correctly, with a field called
xxx_msat.
2. json_add_amount_sats_deprecated: We were using it wrong, so deprecate
the old field and create a new one which does end in _msat.
3. json_add_sats: we were using it to hand sats as a JSON parameter to an
interface, where "XXXsat".

Changelog-Added: JSON-RPC: `listforwards` has new entry `style`, currently "legacy" or "tlv".
If a coin move concerns an external account, it's really useful to know
which 'internal' account initiated the transfer.
We're about to add a notification for withdrawals, so we can use this to
track wallet pushes to outside addresses
Changelog-Added: JSONRPC: `coin_movement` to 'external' accounts now include an 'originating_account' field
1. tal_strndup(.., str, strlen(str)) == tal_strdup()
2. tal_strdup also takes(), so document that.
3. Avoid passing 'struct sha256' on the stack: use ptr.
4. Generally, structures shouldn't keep pointers to things they don't own.
In this case, mvt->node_id.
5. Make payment_hash a pointer, since NULL is more natural than an all-zero
hash.
And add NON_NULL_ARGS() to the functions; it's cumbersome, but make it
fairly clear what params are optional.

We record the amount of fees collected for a routed payment. For
simplicity's sake on the data agg side, we record the fee payment on
*BOTH* the incoming htlc and the outgoing htlc. Note that this results
in double counting if you add up the fees from both an in-routed and
out-routed payment.
Get rid of the 'movement_idx', since we replay events now.
Since we're removing a field from the 'coin_movement' event emission, we
bump the version type.
Changelog-Updated: `coin_movements` events have been revamped and are now on version 2.
And turn "" includes into full-path (which makes it easier to put
config.h first, and finds some cases check-includes.sh missed
previously).
config.h sets _GNU_SOURCE which really needs to be done before any
'#includes': we mainly got away with it with glibc, but other platforms
like Alpine may have stricter requirements.

Do proper refcounting on log prefixes; previously we kept them around,
which is fine, but the extra notleak() and backtrace in developer mode
could get quite heavy (I ended up with 1G of backtraces!). This is
mainly due to creating one on every JSONRPC command, and running
clboss.

We will eventually start emitting and dispatching custom notifications
from plugins just like we dispatch internal notifications. In order to
get reasonable error messages we need to make sure that the topics
plugins are asking for were correctly registered. When doing this we
don't really care about whether the plugin that registered the
notification is still alive or not (it might have died, but
subscribers should stay up and running), so we keep a list of all
topics attached to the `struct plugins` which gathers global plugin
information.
This matters: if we connected, the address is probably usable for future connections.
But if they connected, the port is probably not (but the IP address may be).
Changelog-Added: JSON-RPC: `connect` returns "direction" ("in": they iniatated, or "out": we initiated)
Changelog-Added: plugins: `peer_connected` hook and `connect` notifications have "direction" field.

Let plugins know when a channel open has failed.
We need to notify accepters now too, so we remove the check on who's
funding the channel before sending the 'failed' message from
dualopend->master.
This adds a `state_change` 'cause' to a channel.
A 'cause' is some initial 'reason' a channel was created or closed by:
/* Anything other than the reasons below. Should not happen. */
REASON_UNKNOWN,
/* Unconscious internal reasons, e.g. dev fail of a channel. */
REASON_LOCAL,
/* The operator or a plugin opened or closed a channel by intention. */
REASON_USER,
/* The remote closed or funded a channel with us by intention. */
REASON_REMOTE,
/* E.g. We need to close a channel because of bad signatures and such. */
REASON_PROTOCOL,
/* A channel was closed onchain, while we were offline. */
/* Note: This is very likely a conscious remote decision. */
REASON_ONCHAIN
If a 'cause' is known and a subsequent state change is made with
`REASON_UNKNOWN` the preceding cause will be used as reason, since a lot
(all `REASON_UNKNOWN`) state changes are a subsequent consequences of a prior
cause: local, user, remote, protocol or onchain.
Changelog-Added: Plugins: Channel closure resaon/cause to channel_state_changed notification
This will allow us to build complex, multi-peer transactions, with
easeTM!
Changelog-Added: EXPERIMENTAL, Plugins: `openchannel_peer_sigs` notification, which contains a peer's signatures for the funding transaction (`opt_dual_fund`)
This notification will be raised whenever a channel state changes.
The payload includes the channel and peer identifiers and the
old and the new state.
Example payload:
```
{
"channel_state_changed": {
"peer_id": "03bc9337c7a28bb784d67742ebedd30a93bacdf7e4ca16436ef3798000242b2251",
"short_channel_id" : "561820x1020x1",
"old_state": "CHANNELD_NORMAL",
"new_state": "AWAITING_UNILATERAL"
}
}
```

Previously we were annotating every movement with the blockheight of
lightningd at notification time. Which is lossy in terms of info, and
won't be helpful for reorg reconciliation. Here we switch over to
logging chain moves iff they've been confirmed.
Next PR will fix this up for withdrawals, which are currently tagged
with a blockheight of zero, since we log on successful send.
Adds a new plugin notification for getting information about coin
movements. Also includes two 'helper' notification methods that can be
called from within lightningd. Separated from the 'common' set because
the lightningd struct is required to finalize the blockheight etc
Changelog-Added: Plugins: new notification type 'coin_movement'
We don't compile with NDEBUG defined, but if we did, this code would
vanish. I did a quick audit, inspired by @ZmnSCPxj.
I actually hacked up something to compile with NDEBUG (many unused vars
resulted, and of course unit tests are allowed to rely on assert()), and
after this the testsuite still passes.

If the peer is not connected, or other error which means we don't
actually create an outgoing HTLC, we don't record the
short_channel_id. This is unhelpful!
Pass the scid down to the wallet code, and explicitly hand the
scid and amount down to the notification code rather than handing it
the htlc_out (which it doesn't need).
Changelog-Changed: JSON API: `listforwards` now shows `out_channel` even if we couldn't forward.

Before this patch we used `int` for error codes. The problem with
`int` is that we try to pass it to/from wire and the size of `int` is
not defined by the standard. So a sender with 4-byte `int` would write
4 bytes to the wire and a receiver with 2-byte `int` (for example) would
read just 2 bytes from the wire.
To resolve this:
* Introduce an error code type with a known size:
`typedef s32 errcode_t`.
* Change all error code macros to constants of type `errcode_t`.
Constants also play better with gdb - it would visualize the name of
the constant instead of the numeric value.
* Change all functions that take error codes to take the new type
`errcode_t` instead of `int`.
* Introduce towire / fromwire functions to send / receive the newly added
type `errcode_t` and use it instead of `towire_int()`.
In addition:
* Remove the now unneeded `towire_int()`.
* Replace a hardcoded error code `-2` with a new constant
`INVOICE_EXPIRED_DURING_WAIT` (903).
Changelog-Changed: The waitinvoice command would now return error code 903 to designate that the invoice expired during wait, instead of the previous -2
This makes it clear we're dealing with a message which is a wrapped error
reply (needing unwrap_onionreply), not an already-wrapped one.
