makefiles: move all unit tests under `make check-units` Isolate unit tests under their own make directive.

check-units: gossipd-tests
gossipd: fix routing issue. I had a routing problem, and wrote a simple unit test which passed. So I wrote one which copied the failure case (and importantly, had a non-1 fee factor), which triggerd it. In that real example, we underflowed which resulted in us not finding a route. gossipd: send updated node_annoucement remote_addr This is the cheapest algo I came up with that simply checks that the same `remote_addr` has been report by two different peers. Can be improved in many ways: - Check by connecting to a radonm peers in the network - Check for more than two confirmations or a certain fraction - ... Changelog-Added: Send updated node_annoucement when two peers report the same remote_addr.

Use node_id everywhere for nodes. I tried to just do gossipd, but it was uncontainable, so this ended up being a complete sweep. We didn't get much space saving in gossipd, even though we should save 24 bytes per node. Signed-off-by: Rusty Russell <rusty@rustcorp.com.au>

Makefile: use completely separate spec-derived files for EXPERIMENTAL_FEATURES This avoids overwriting the ones in git, and generally makes things neater. Makefile: normalize all the Makefiles We create ALL_PROGRAMS, ALL_TEST_PROGRAMS, ALL_C_SOURCES and ALL_C_HEADERS. Then the toplevel Makefile knows which are autogenerated (by wildcard), so it can have all the rules to clean them or check the source as necessary.
