* [Greenfield] Can create an invoice for a payment request via Greenfield

* Add allowPendingInvoiceReuse so payment request invoices can be reused

* Add PayPaymentRequest to the LocalBTCPayServerClient

* Allow amount to be specified if same as PR amount
