Dennis Reimann	ad05f479a8	U2F: Update lib and improve error display ... The [previously used U2F library](https://github.com/fido-alliance/google-u2f-ref-code/) has been deprecated. The new one does not override the browsers `window.u2f` functionality if it is natively supported. Dennis Reimann	8420c74b31	Improve static asset caching ... Cache static assets for one year and set the correct cache control header. Adds the cache busting version based on file content to asset references to invalidate the cache on change.
