* Add invariant to spendingInfoDb to that requires if the spendinginfodb is in a TxoState.spentStates, the SpendingInfoDb.spendingTxIdOpt is defined * Remove unused SpendingInfoDAO.updateTxoState() * Remove comment * Make TxoState and explicit parameter for test methods.
