Christoph Sturm c3d21806c4 rename Clock to ClockWatcher 
* this class is not a clock but it watches the clock, detects standby
and runs periodic tasks.
* there is already a jdk method called clock
First i thought it should be called PeriodicTaskManager, now i find
ClockWatcher more fitting.

What is Bisq?

Bisq is a safe, private and decentralized way to exchange bitcoin for national currencies and other digital assets. Bisq uses peer-to-peer networking and multi-signature escrow to facilitate trading without a third party. Bisq is non-custodial and incorporates a human arbitration system to resolve disputes.
