WAT	7b191a4049	Remove references to keybase and switch to Matrix ... Except `dao.bond.bondedRoleType.ROCKET_CHAT_ADMIN` which refers to an unused role, every other instance of `keybase` has been contextually updated to Matrix (bisq.chat); functions to display moderator name and profile address on keybase have been updated to work with Matrix usernames and urls. Huey	040fc00c9d	Rename issue_template.md and add front matter ... Renamed the issue_template.md to bug-report.md to adhere to Github's guidelines. I added semanticly relevant front matter to the issue_template.md so that it explicit that it should be reserved for reporting bugs or unintentional behaviours from the software.	2021-03-24 21:12:11 +00:00
